*	How to order from Lazaree Catalogue? It's very easy. Select the sarees from the catalogue, order the desired saree through email or fax along with the payment.
*	How to get your blouse stitched as per your measurement? Just fill in the measurement form provided by us and email us or print the form and fax us. Stitching charges for the blouse will be charged extra.
*	Does it cost more to order from Lazaree catalogue from home? The Lazaree catalogue is designed to ensure that you receive the finest sarees economically - no matter where you reside in the world.
*	How to pay for the order? We recommend you pay by bank draft/banker's cheque payable at Lazaree, Mumbai. This will enable us to immediately commence processing your order. Saving time and expediting shipping. Kindly courier your bank draft to our Mumbai address.
*	How to pay by personal cheques? Generally, it takes 4 weeks to clear international cheques. Therefore we don't recommend it unless you wish to wait till your cheque is cleared.
*	Any custom duties to be paid by the receiver? Most of the countries do not charge duty on sarees for personal use. But a few countries charge a very nominal fee. We'll try our best to help you minimise the fee. However, these levies, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
*	What's the delivery duration? As a rule, we process and dispatch the orders within 10 days of receipt of payment. However we request you to grant us up to four weeks to process your order because our sarees are hand-crafted with extreme care and efforts using traditional methods. Besides we'll inform you in case of delay.
*	How to gift someone? We'll be glad to ship your order to your friend/relative anywhere in the world. Just inform us name and address of the person to whom you want to send a gift.
*	How do we dispatch your order? We hire the most efficient & reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches at your door-step at the earliest. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 days of dispatch. (Days may vary depending on the location.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

*	Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information to us. Incomplete order cannot be processed
*	All payments must be made in US Dollars and payable to Lazaree at par in Mumbai, India
*	Equivalent in major international currencies such as German Mark, British Pound, Japanese Yen,UAE Dirhams, Singapore and Hong Kong Dollars are acceptable
*	Customs duties and other levies in destination country are the responsibility of the customer
*	Customers must provide up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery of orders
*	While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in colour of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes
*	All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order
*	All transactions are subject to Mumbai, INDIA jurisdiction only
